Charcuterie boards really are the ultimate appetizer, they can feed as many or as little people as needed and can be thrown together quickly. It’s basically fancy cheese and crackers for adults that pairs well with wine so you know you can’t go wrong!
This week’s blog post is a bit different, rather than share a recipe I have gathered a list of ingredients that you can use as a shopping list to put together The Ultimate Vegan Christmas Charcuterie! I’ve got you covered with step by step instructions (photos included!) on how to put together this holiday board.
Ultimate Vegan Christmas Charcuterie Shopping List
Here are the ingredients you’ll want to stock up on to create this Christmas masterpiece:
- raspberry jam
- red pepper jelly
- green olives
- dijon mustard
- dark chocolate with almonds
- vegan pepperoni, such as Very Good Butchers Pepperoni
- vegan cheese, such as Applewood Smoky Vegan Cheese
- vegan cheese spread such as Boursin Dairy Free
- crackers such as Good Thins Gluten Free Crackers & Wasa Light Rye Crackers
- clementine oranges
- red grapes
- pomegranate
- baby garlic pickles
- walnuts
- pistachios
- fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

The Ultimate Vegan Christmas Charcuterie
Ingredients
- raspberry jam
- red pepper jelly
- green olives
- dijon mustard
- dark chocolate with almonds
- vegan pepperoni sliced, such as Very Good Butchers Pepperoni
- vegan cheese cubed, such as Applewood Smoky Vegan Cheese
- vegan cheese spread such as Boursin Dairy Free
- crackers such as Good Thins Gluten Free Crackers & Wasa Light Rye Crackers
- clementine oranges peeled
- red grapes
- pomegranate sliced into chunks
- baby garlic pickles
- walnuts
- pistachios
- fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Add jam, red pepper jelly, olives & dijon mustard to small glass jars or bowls and position them on your charcuterie board.
- Add dark chocolate and vegan pepperoni.
- Add cubed vegan cheese and cheese spread.
- Add crackers to the charcuterie board.
- Add orange slices, grapes, pomegranate slices and pickles.
- Add walnuts to the board.
- Complete the charcuterie board by filling in blank spots with pistachios and rosemary for garnish!
- Pair with wine & dig in!
