Ingredients for Jalapeño Butter Corn

This recipe only requires a few ingredients:

  • vegan butter
  • yellow onion
  •  jalapeños
  • corn on the cob
  • paprika
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • cilantro & lime for serving

How to Make Jalapeño Butter Corn

Follow these 5 easy steps:

  1. Over medium heat add 1 tablespoon butter to a pan.
  2. Once the butter is melted add onion, cook 5 minutes.
  3. Add 1 more tablespoon butter then jalapeños, cook 2 minutes.
  4. Add corn & spices, cook 5 minutes.
  5. Add last tablespoon butter & allow to melt then mix. Serve with fresh lime and cilantro.

  • 3 jalapeños finely diced
  • 4 corn removed from cob
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • fresh cilantro optional for serving
  • lime optional for serving

Instructions
