- vegan butter
- yellow onion
- jalapeños
- corn on the cob
- paprika
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- cilantro & lime for serving
How to Make Jalapeño Butter Corn
Follow these 5 easy steps:
- Over medium heat add 1 tablespoon butter to a pan.
- Once the butter is melted add onion, cook 5 minutes.
- Add 1 more tablespoon butter then jalapeños, cook 2 minutes.
- Add corn & spices, cook 5 minutes.
- Add last tablespoon butter & allow to melt then mix. Serve with fresh lime and cilantro.
